Slice Made With Lemon Butter
While the crust bakes stir the sugar flour salt and lemon zest together.
Slice made with lemon butter. Preheat oven on 180 degrees. To make the icing using a mixer beat the butter and add the lemon juice. Line baking pan with greaseproof paper and roll the dough to fit into a 20cm by 20 cm pan.
Combine shredded coconut flour oil and honey in a blender until well mixed. Cover the lemon slice loosely with foil reduce the heat and bake for. Using an electric whisk beat the butter and caster sugar together until pale light and fluffy.
Meanwhile mix together the icing sugar lemon rind and juice to make a fairly runny icing for top of the Lemon Slice. Press dough evenly into bottom of prepared baking pan 20x15cm and bake until light golden brown 10-15 min. Boil the lemon juice until it reduces to about 1 tablespoon of juice then turn off the burner and whisk in.
Press evenly over base of prepared pan. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Keep whisking over heat for around 10 minutes or until.
12 teaspoon baking powder. Cream butter and sugar. When biscuit crumbs are completely coated pour into your baking tin.
Whisk well until the mixture is smooth. Preheat oven to 160C fan-forced 180C conventional. Prick the base with fork.
